Project Backgound

Lucro Marketplace was an online marketplace for healthcare solutions. Vendors selling healthcare create pages called Solution Cards and buyers search for vendor solutions for their digital health projects.

While it is free for both healthcare vendors and buyers to join the platform, we offered a paid 'premium' membership for vendors that wanted to get extra visibility with their target buyers.

I worked with the Sales and Marketing teams to create images and a page layout to explain and advertise our paid offerings.

Vendor Upsell Page

To communicate and promote the vendor paid option, a new page (launched with the Marketplace) to explain how the Marketplace works.

This page explains:

How the Marketplace works
Who the audience is
What upsell packages are available
A form to learn more/ buy a package

The most common question sales received during pre-sales is “what does it look like to a buyer?”

Thus, the primary focus of the page is to show what the User can expect for each package.

My Role

I worked collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams, as well as the CEO to create a page that explains the value of the Premium vendor offerings for vendors to view from the site.
